General Terms
Summer season is April 15
to December 14.
Winter season is December 15 to April 14.
All rates quoted are in US dollars. Minimum
stay is 5 nights.
We require a $200 US or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. When we receive your deposit the unit is then reserved for you. The balance of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
We will mail you a receipt and more information about Maui when we receive your deposit. We will mail you the check-in authorization slip when we receive your balance.
Children are welcome in our unit. Pets are not permitted. We allow smoking but ask that you smoke outside on the lanai (balcony).
There is no extra charge for late check-out (when available) or cleaning.
Currently, Hawaii state accommodation taxes are 13.42% and are added to the rates above.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than
30 days before arrival date, we will return the deposit less a $50 administration/processing
charge. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival date, we will credit
the full amount of your payment towards a future rental.
