Description and Amenities of Condos at the Maui Sunset

Condo Description

Each condominium is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The units have a large living room and entertainment area with cable TV and VCR. The living room also has a 5-CD changer stereo unit and the master bedroom has a second color TV. The living room sofa opens into a queen-size bed.

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher, in-sink disposal and washer/dryer. The kitchen also has complete dishware and cookware for those evenings "in".

Each unit has two bathrooms. The bath attached to the bedroom has a tub with shower fixture. The main bath has a shower stall.

Beach towels, bath towels and bed linens are all provided. There's an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and lots of hangers in the closet.

The lanai (balcony) has a table and patio chairs so that you can enjoy the sunshine and gorgeous view.

All living and sleeping areas are air conditioned, but ceiling fans and fresh breezes naturally cool the units.

Amenities at the Maui Sunset

The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of beautifully-landscaped oceanfront property.

Between the two buildings is a large, 60-foot swimming pool with spacious decks, a large hot tub and tiki torches. The swimming pool is heated in the winter months. Also in the pool area is an activity hut with knowledgeable staff to provide you with excellent information and discounts on local activities, excursions and businesses.

Other features of the property are barbeques, well-equipped exercise room and sauna, golf putting green, shuffleboard courts and croquet lawns. Public tennis courts are just steps away.

There is plenty of free parking beside each building, including handicap bays near the elevators. A staffed office will facilitate your check-in and provide mail service. Late check-ins are accommodated by a lock-box system.

Highspeed wireless access for your laptop is available at the Maui Sunset for an hourly or weekly charge. Or you can use a workstation with printer in the office during business hours using a prepaid card.

Nearby Services

Several excellent restaurants are located within a few blocks of the Maui Sunset. Many other shops and services are located nearby including supermarkets, banks, post office, car rental, dive shops, video rental, drug store, medical clinic and clothing and local craft shops.
